Piqua man stabbed at least 11 times behind Troy bar

TROY, Ohio - A Piqua man was hospitalized for multiple stab wounds he suffered during an altercation with a Troy man behind a downtown bar early over the weekend. Joshua Crumpler, 26, of Piqua, was transported to Upper Valley Medical Center and then transferred to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of at least 11 stab wounds he suffered in the early-morning assault on Sunday, according to our partners at the Troy Daily News.

Thousands of American Flags at the University of Dayton as tribute to victims of 9/11

Throughout the region many honored the victims of the September 11th terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York City. Hundreds were at the Remembrance Ride and Drive Sunday morning at the Dayton Veterans Affairs building.

A Piqua man is in jail after being accused of raping a 5-year-old boy known to him multiple times. William Thomas Baker, 44, was charged with 10 counts of first-degree felony rape Thursday, according to our partners at the Piqua Daily Call.
